Fast and Furious: Quick Pigpen Project Update

(Chuck Muth) – Apologies.  I’m way behind keeping you posted on developments on our project to clean up Nevada’s voter rolls, but things are moving at light speed.

We had a hearing on our lawsuit scheduled for October 10.  However, I was just informed that the Clark County district attorney bounced the judge. Not sure why.  So now we’re waiting to see who the case is next assigned to.

We have another hearing scheduled in Carson City for October 23.

In the meantime, Iris’ army of volunteers are out there right now collecting new challenges under Section 547 of voters who have moved out of their district.

They will be submitted next week before the deadline.

I also did a half-hour podcast this morning with The Federalist.  Will shoot you the link when it airs.

OK, gotta run.  More legal stuff to read.  Ugh.
