The Secretary of State tried to rewrite the rules so private citizens couldn’t challenge illegal voters.

We filed a report. The state sat on it for over a year. Then we finally got the phone transcript.
Guess what? He admitted it. Voted twice. Said so himself.
- The Attorney General refused to prosecute.

- We’re suing the Secretary of State.
He hid documents from us. Broke the law.
So now we’re taking him to court to force compliance.
- We mailed 881 warning letters.
After the Secretary rejected 881 voter challenges (even though those people moved), we paid out of our own pocket to contact each one.
We’re asking if someone voted in their name. If they did, we’ll blow the lid off it.
- We’re investigating why Nevada’s voter rolls are still a disaster.
Tens of thousands of people have moved, and the SoS is doing next to nothing.
He's only inactivating voters whose ballots are returned by the post office.
But that process is missing thousands of voters who have moved but the post office still delivers mail to their old address.
In fact, just last week, the post office delivered a letter to someone who hasn’t lived at my house in over 15 years.
Fifteen. Years.
Yet the Secretary of State is relying on this deeply flawed process to clean up our voter rolls!
